1. General

The Ashiva website (the “Website”) is operated and managed by Ashiva Marketing & Living (the “Company”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use in full.

Use of the Website is subject to these Terms and to the laws of the State of Israel.

2. Website Content

The Website includes information, texts, images, videos, visualizations, designs and various publications (“Content”). The Content is provided for general and marketing purposes only and does not constitute advice, commitment or a binding offer by the Company.

While the Company makes efforts to keep the Content accurate and up to date, errors or changes may occur. In any contradiction between the Website and official documents or signed agreements, the latter shall prevail.

3. Visualizations and Artificial Intelligence

The Website uses visualizations, images and videos, some of which are created fully or partially using artificial intelligence (AI), for illustration purposes only.

• Such visualizations are not binding and do not necessarily reflect the final design, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors or surroundings of any project.
• They do not constitute a basis for any binding decision in the purchase of a new or second-hand apartment.
• The only binding documents are the signed contracts, specifications and approved plans.
